Response to 'Que le vaya bien'

What is the appropriate response to the parting salutation 'Que le vaya bien'? I find it's very common in Mexico for a hotel employee, waiter or other service person to say this as I'm leaving. My question is, what is the appropriate answer? I've been saying "Igualmente," but people look at me funny. "Gracias" is clearly OK but doesn't reciprocate the sentiment -- in other words, it acknowledges that this is all about me, after all. In the US if somebody said "I hope you have a good day," we'd say, "You, too." Ideas?
