If this is what you mean, you would ask: ¿Cuál es la manera correcta decir : to go on a cruise?:
hacer un crucero = to go on a cruise.
P..ej: (Por ejemplo) Hizo un crucero por el Caribe = He went on a Caribbean cruise.
