Are you wanting to know how to say that in Spanish? If so that sentence in Spanish would be ''Cómo está hoy''. If they was family/friends you would say ''Cómo estás hoy''

To build on what Reid said, you answer "¿Cómo está?" or ¿Cómo estás? with "Estoy _____"
