How to translate this text in Spanish?

Question

I spent seven years in a website, where was a forum, so I got used to asking questions, answering, it wasn't really hard for me, because I used Russian, but when I need to write something in English or Spanish, I'm kind of shy, just because I'm not a native!

I wish I could say it in Spanish, but I can't actually.

Yes Dyanich, I understand that there may still be a Spanish forum there, but in English, you would say 'there was’ a forum because you are talking about something that you did in the past: you said, I spent 7 years in a website where was a forum - FELIZ77, Jun 12, 2014

Ray and I are simply trying to help you by correcting your English becuse you missed out a word in your sentence. In English, we would say:' there was' a forum (not just was a forum the word 'there' is important grammar) - FELIZ77, Jun 12, 2014

He gastado siete años en un sitio Web, donde hay un foro de esta manera he conseguido hacer preguntas y responder; esto realmente no es difícil para mi, porque yo uso el Ruso, pero cuando necesito escribir algo en Inglés o Español, soy un tipo tímido, solamente porque no soy un nativo!

Deseo decir esto en Español, pero en realidad no puedo.

Bueno esa es la traducción que te puedo ofrecer hasta el momento, use el traductor solo para saber el significado de algunas palabras.

Un consejo, mejora tu redacción

No puedes decir gastar así nomás, quizás "malgastar" o desperdiciar, en este caso de "spent" yo lo traduciria como "pasado" de pasar. :) - chileno, Jun 12, 2014

I will help you. I am not a native but I can offer a good attempt:

You can also say: Pasé siete (7) años en un sitio web donde hay un foro, por eso me acostumbraba hacer las preguntas y contestar otras preguntas. No es difícil hacer estas cosas porque escribo en Ruso, pero cada vez que necesita (o tenga que) escribir algo en Inglés o español, me pone bastante tímida solamente porque no soy nativa.

In Spain they tend to use the verb pasar to mean: to spend time doing something and in some situations pasar tiempo.

Buenas días Dyanich . Overcoming ones shyness is not easy.

Please understand that we are all here learning a language in the same manner

in which we did when we were young , now we are all children again .
