How can I translate, "work involving power tools"

Is it "trabajo que involucre herramientas de mano". No entiendo las diferencias entre "implicar", "involucrar"

hand tools = herramientas de mano (screwdriver, hammer, pliers, etc)

It implies that tools have to be used.

It involves the usage of tools.

Right. I was just surprised. In the English, "work" is the subject of "involve", but you're saying that in Spanish "herramientas" is the subject of "involucrar".

Actually the first statement above is a sentence fragment. It lacks the subject and the verb. For example, this would be a complete sentence.

Hay trabajo que involucre herramientas de mano. Hay is the verb and it is impersonal ie. no subject stated.

Or.

Esto trabajo involucra herramientas de mano. Trabajo is the subject and involucrar is the verb.

I am not a grammar whiz so please correct me if I am wrong.

This is not correct. It's either "trabajo que involucre herramientas de mano" or "trabajos que involucren herramientas de mano". "Trabajo" is the direct object in the sentence.
