Is the below correct? "Mira esta foto, es Javier, mi novio. Tiene 23 anos y es informatico, trabaja en una empresa de ordenadores. Esta ingles y frances, esta muy inteligente."

Is this what you were trying to say? If it is (yes) then it is almost correct ...you just need to change mira to miro

ver = to see

mirar = to see /or to look at (something) or gaze at something

The next sentence you have written is not correct! ;(

Esta ingles y frances, esta muy inteligente."

The verb ser must be used when talking about a person's characteristics: Es Inglés y francés. Es muy inteligente. (The verb estar is not correct in your sentence)

A better way to say it would be:: Es hijo de Ingleses y franceses = He is part English and part French (Literally: He is a son of Englsh and French
