What is "pancita" in English? Does "belly" or "tummy" work in this sentence: "Cuando yo le cambiaba el pañal, lo hacía reír haciéndole cosquillitas en la panchita?

Tummy / Belly. Pancita works especially in this situation because you are talking to a baby.

I would say "tummy" as that's the way you talk to kids.
