Hi

I am looking for the verb 'to meet,' suitable for "I'm going to meet my mother at the supermarket."

I know it's not encontrarse or conocer.

You can also type this into the little blue box, top right of your screen.

This is not that easy, Rac. I've dropped severl clangers over the telephone with this one. - annierats, Jun 4, 2014
The second link posted is very good. - rac1, Jun 4, 2014
My intention was to give a little more than a one word answer. - rac1, Jun 4, 2014
It's fine, rac. I'm having trouble, SD has suddenly changed format! I'm having terrible trouble making it a size where I can see thelittle answer boxes! - annierats, Jun 4, 2014
I've been having some trouble too in different areas. I'll have to let them know. - rac1, Jun 4, 2014

Mi madre y yo quedamos en el hípermercado mañana por la mañana.

Mi madre y yo nos reunimos..

I think you can use the present indicative, as it is in the near future, otherwise, ''nos vamos a reunir..''

Nos vemos mañana ( See you tomorrow!) is another useful meeting phrase.
