Sueno a grammatical question
Why doesn't 'sueno' become feminine or plural eg. Mis hermanos estan suenos or mi Hermana esta suena?

First of all you never use "sueño with estar, always with tener.
Mis hermanos tienen sueño.
This is a "tener expression" and the adjective with tener in these expresions is never changed.
If you were to use "cansado"witch also means tired, you would say:
Mis hermanos están cansados.
With ser and estar and descripions you always change the adjective:
Ella está cansada / él está cansado / ellos están casados / ellas están casadas
If you don't understand this ask, and I will try and explain better. I hope this helped.
It sounds like you are trying to conjugate a verb. If you are trying to say: "my brothers dream" the correct translation would be:
Mis hermanos sueñan (con...) = my brothers dream (about).
The verb "soñar (con)" means "to dream (about)"
Sueño is a masculin noun that means "dream", so it stays masculin. If it were an adjective, it could become either masculin of feminine:
un buen amigo - a good friend (masculin) una buena amiga - a good friend (feminine)
Hope this helps!
