Conditional sentence help!

Are these in correct order?

Since no one is answering, this is the order that makes most sense to me. I am however an intermediate level learner, and am not completely sure of this:

Es una pena (pity) que no hayas llegado antes. Te has perdido lo mejor de la obra.

Me habría gustado llegar antes, pero no encontraba taxi.
