or..

I must be content with a dozen eggs.

You can actually use both but Tengo que contentarme con una docena de huevos. sounds better.

thanks. I learned "tengo que contentarme con una docena de huevos y cuatro chulatas de cerdo" in high school Spanish class (audio-lingual method). I have not been able to use this sentence in normal conversation yet, but have used the vocabulary. - maryLouisedavis, May 30, 2014
