What does Pisada in this context mean?
A guy is constant hitting on my longdistance girlfriend. Can some one say what this is about, I think it goes something like this and this is the original text no translation, and the country is Peru
My girlfriend:I have many problems with love. and he says: dont talk like this you ignore me while i want you something with you and she says abu abu i am really ......(pisado) dont know what it means
my girlfriend: pero mi problema es ser muy tonta con el amor siempre hago caso todo lo queme dicen
guy: no digas siempre a mi nunca me iciste caso a mi siempre me choteaste
girlfriend: ABUUU abuuu Si soy asi tu no sabes pero soy muy pisada

I'm not familiar with pisada, but here's what I found:
Dícese del hombre casado o con enamorada(o), el cuál está sometido a la voluntad de su pareja
Essentially it's saying it refers to someone very submissive to their partners will, or maybe controlled as suggested earlier. A Google search returns many examples consistent with that definition.
I am probably wrong, but could she be a "big" girl and the spelling be "pesada"?

Do you mean: Digo estas cosas = I say these things
(que doesn't make a lot of sense here since there is no verb cosar (to the best of my knowledge)
pasear = to go for a walk (but,... pasear tiempo = spend time)
visitar = to visit
no sé que estás haciendo
The words sé and estás should have accents !
means: = I don't know what you are doing

The verb pisar literally means to tread on but, metaphorically, it can also mean to humiliate, (humillar) trample on , walk all over.
This should give you some idea of how she feels, so now its up to you to work out how to resolve these issues together. I am not here to judge you; I am simply translating. Please read on....

The first part.sentence here is unclear: what exactly are you trying to say to her: You don't always speak to me. ??? If this is what you are trying to say you would say:

If our Argentinian friend, aguasmarine is correct and it is a regional expression from Peru, then you can ignore my interpretation of this word in this post but I believe that the rest of my translation is correct

I've searched and I found that in Peru "pisado/a" means that she is in a relationship and she is controlled . But i'm not really sure, and I don't wanna give you a wrong answer.

Like they are fighting hehehe
Damn I buyed the most expensive ticket in my live, and then this happens and i think agusmarin is right. That it means controlling.
