Significa que pagaís en turno. Simpre se trata de bebidas y una persona compra las bebidas para todos, y próxima vez otra persona.. Normalmente sale muy caro poque cuando toca ti todos quieren algo muy caro.
You take turns to buy a drink for all the people in the group. It's apt to end up expensive!
