The correct sentence is "Serve it to me." However, it is better to say "Please serve it to me."
I'm not sure if you are asking for the Spanish way, it would be:
Sírvemelo (informal way: we use the third person indicative) Sírvamelo (formal way: we use the third person subjuntive)
Since they are affirmative commands we put the pronouns after the verb (attached) and in the correct order: 1.indirect pronoun 2. direct pronoun If it would be a negative command we'd put the pronouns before the verb (but using subjuntive in both because is negative):
