Does this mean "Miguelito and I came to an agreement" or "Miguelito and I agreed" ?

Is there another shorter way of meaning the same thing?

"Ya estamos de acuerdo" would be another way to say the same thing, and that can be shortend to "ya estamos" which is sort of like saying "we're good".
