Nosotros, nuestro, nuestra
Could someone help me figure out the rules on when and which "we" word to use. Even a link to the reference page would be great.
Thanks

Like ray said, nosotras is a group of women and nosotros is a group of men OR a group of men and some women OR a group of women and one man. When you use nuestro(a) (which means 'our'), its gender depends on what you possess.
For example, you'd say, "Los estudiantes en nuestra escuela son inteligentes." (The students in our school are smart) Because escuela is feminine.
But you'd say, "Nuestro perro es muy divertido." (Our dog is very fun) Because perro is masculine.
Hi guys , if you go to the blue area above and click on "spanish Grammar"
then scroll down to personal pronouns all will be explained .
nosotros, nosotras (we)
Use nosotros/as when speaking about a group of which you are a part. The only difference between nosotros and nosotras is in gender. Nosotros is masculine and is used to refer to a group of men only or a group mixed of men and women. (Even if there are 99 women and 1 man, still use the masculine form.) Nosotras is feminine and is only used when the entire group is female.
