I've seen this phrase used several times but don't know what it means:

"Q awite"

My friend told me pretty the same thing as Kiwaiano said:

Qué agüite

How lame/depressing

Agüitar es como sentirse mal o deprimido

I'm not sure, but it looks like text-message/IM spanish. My guess is it's a form of saying, "how depressing" or "would that/did that bum you out?" ...depending on the context. A lot of Mexicans use the verb agüitarse (deprimirse, agobiarse) but often misspell it, e.g. "¡No te agüites güey!" being "¡no te awites wey!", meaning "don't be depressed", "don't be so bummed out", or "come on, don't cry/whine about it". Another example: "Estaba bien agüitado cuando escuchó las malas noticias." However, I could be totally wrong :D.
