Phrases for Spanish interview

Question

I am doing a interviewing someone in Spanish tonight (over the phone) and I have a bunch of phrases that I can use, but are there any more that I should have or that may be useful? note: this interview is not for a job, it is for my Spanish class, and I have to ask them about their life basically. Or any tips you can give me for the interview?

En su currículo dice que tiene experiencia (con, en). ¿Puede hablar más sobre esto?

¿Estaría dispuesto a (viaje, trabajar depués del horario, etc.)?

¿Cuándo podría empezar a trabajar?

¿Tiene algunas otras (abilidades, conocimientos) de (las, los) que quisiera hablar?

Hello Actor girl,

I just thought these questions might help you be better prepared! They might help you think about the kind of answers you would like to give!

Questions the interviewer could/might ask you: (in no particular order!)

Entrevistadora: ¿Qué le hace un buen candidato ( o una buena candidata) para este puesto?

Interviewer: What makes you a good candidate for thia post?

Entrevistadora ¿Cómo se describiría a sí mismo?

Interviewer: How would you describe yourself?

Entrevistadora:¿Qué le gusta hacer en su tiempo libre?

Interviewer: What do you like to do in your free time?

Entrevistadora: ¿Cuáles son sus puntos fuertes?, ¿y los débiles?

Interviewer: What are your strengths and your weaknesses?

Entrevistadora: ¿Qué espera obtener de este puesto?

Interviewer: What do you hope to gain (lit:obtain) from this post?/ from doing this job?

Questions you could ask in an interview:

¿Ofrece oportunidades para la formación (o capacitación) del personal?

Do you offer opportunities for staff training?

What kind of opportunities do you offer for staff tranining?

¿Qué oportunidades ofrece para la formación (o capacitación) del personal?

Responses you could give in an interview:

Soy capaz de crear muy buenas relaciones con otras personas y trabajar como miembro de un equipo.

(Well,) I am able to form good relationships with other people and work as a member of a team.

(Bueno,) tengo una capacidad innata para tomar decisiones. (optional)

(Bueno,) tengo una capacidad innata para tomar decisiones.

Well, I have a natural ability to make decisions.

Many of these questions and responses are taken from an exercise that I successfully completed in Busuu as part of a unit.

I would not say/use: Se puedes repetir por favor?

It would be better to say: ¿Podría (Ud) repetirlo, por favor? = Could you repeat it, please?

o ¿Podría repetir la (última) pregunta, por favor? = Could you repeat the (last) question , please?
