"fulfill" as in satisfacer
When I looked up the word "fulfill" in the SpanDict, I found "cumplir" and a few other translations, but I didn't find "llenar," which can also mean "fulfill."
Example: In an interview about a movie directed by Verónica Pamoukaghlián, the director said this: "Lo más lindo de mostrar la película es que la gente se engancha enseguida: se emociona, se ríe y muchos lloran también. Esto es lo que más nos llena a quienes la hicimos, llegar al corazón de las personas de ese modo." The second sentence here means "This is what is most fulfilling for those of us who made it..."

I cannot comment on why you didn't find the English word fulfil translated as llenar in the SpanishDict online dictionary.
In my experience, online dictionaries vary considerably in how extensive . and how detailed they are! Many are free and, in my view, only provide a standard breadth of vocabulary designed for beginners and intermediate learners.
Those who are serious about studying a language to a higher level beyond intermediate or who require more detailed entries with more advanced idioms and explanations about cultural points, how to write letters in another language, make telephone calls etc...you (one) would really need an extensive, hard-copy, off line dictionary either like the Oxford Spanish or Collins Spanish Dictionaries (largest sizes which can be bought at a reduced cost through Amazon! I am talking from the viewpoint of a customer here to help you and gain nothing financially from this advice!) There may be other comparable dictionaries available ..the two I have already mentioned are the only two of which I am aware that offer such detailed examples but not in the smaller sizes only in the largest size!
I will include details of the entry for fulfil( llenar) from my hard copy (off-line) courtesy of: Oxford Spanish Dictionary (4th and newest ed'n) Oxford University Press. It is an excellent series which I use for French. too!
fulfill: (BrE) fulfil vt (my note: transitive verb) A [1] (carry out) (duty) cumplir con (task) llevar a cabo, realizar [2] obey <order/ command> cumplir [3] (keep) <promise/contract> cumplir [4] (serve)
satisfacer [5] (meet) <condition/requirements> satisfacer, llenar (norm) cumplir con
Sections B and C do not relate to the use of llenar so I have omitted them.
Note on context; The context is critical in determining which verbs should be used when and where. Observavtion of how native speakers use these verbs will help those of us who are not native Spanish (or other language) teachers and speakers to better understand their correct use!
