wander through versus wander around
Hola. Me gustaria haceros una pregunta. ¿Que diferencia hay entre "wander through" y "wander around", significan lo mismo?

Lliones; I will give you a simple English of England explanation:
How lovely it is to wander through the fields in springtime. This means going through the fields on a slow and pleasant walk, crossing them and coming out somewhere else, perhaps on the lane, or in the farm-yard.
Yesterday I got lost, I wandered around the fields for two hours. This means a rather pointless walk, just ambling around without getting anywhere. ( It can be pleasant: I love wandering around in the Market on a Saturday morning, smelling the fresh produce).
Now in exchange: what is the Spanish? Vagabundear sin rumbo?
wander through = pasar mirando (la intención es la de pasar, salir, pero haciendo un recorrido no planeado)
wander around = quedarse mirando (o sea, el mismo recorrido pero la intención es la de quedarse husmeando por el lugar)
Es lo que entiendo.

A no ser de que no sea wander through sino que wander thoroughly, lo caul cambia el significado a husmear completamente.
If you think of 'wandering around' this way...I wandered through the mall aimlessly just to pass some time.
