I don't think that there is a direct translation for this idiomatic expression. The appropriate Spanish equivalent would depend on the English application of the expression.

I am getting burnt out at work. Ya no puedo aguantar mi trabajo.

I am burnt out from working so much. Estoy agotado de tanto trabajo.

I am burnt out on watching TV. Estoy harto de ver TV.

I am not a native speaker. Just my gringo attempts. lol.

A Google search on "estoy quemado" or estar quemado will reveal plenty of examples.
