Is that the same as a resume? the thing that give to get a job? Or what is a curriculum vitae?

Yes, this is what the rest of the world calls a resume.

In contrast, a CV is a fairly detailed overview of your life’s accomplishments, especially those most relevant to the realm of academia.

In my experience most job seekers write resumes, but someone applying as a professional (doctor, etc.) or academic is expected to provide a CV.

I have always understood that ones C V is a copy of ones academic achievements ,

whereas a resume is an overview of what one is capable of doing and has done ,

it is used in conjunction with the C V.
