Given that only one of the 8 is correct, it almost looks like you picked at random- and did poorly at that since you only have 4 choices random chance would give you 2 of them correct.

You need to pick a direct object that matches the noun it refers to.

In the first you are correct: la pasta dental would match with “la”

In the second: la carta does not match with “los”.
