Yes, that's good. Weird enough you could also say "somos de la misma edad"

I dont think it this would be the right way of saying it .. it could be any of the following :
- Somos de misma edad.
- Somos de igual edad.
- Tenemos mismos años.
But my friend, I am not an expert yet so please also seek advice from some expert.. hehe..
