Is vacation in Spanish (vacacion) always plural?
What I want to say is: My vacation in Spain was very fun and interesting. So would I say: "Mis vacaciones en España fueron muy divertidos e interesantes." Or: "Mi vacacion en España fue muy divertido e interesante." Because SpanishDict says the translation for vacation is vacaciones, but if does that mean it's plural or that it just ends with an "es"?? Because the first sentence doesn't seem right because the words "fueron," "divertidos," and "interesantes" are used to describe multiple things/people and I'm just talking about one vacation. Please correct my grammar in these sentences if needed and let me know how to say "my vacation" in Spanish! Thanks!

Vacaciones is always plural. In some countries, some people say "vacación" but it's not correct and even another people from the same country say it's not correct in this country.
But, be careful, "vacaciones" is femenine, so:
Mis vacaciones en España fueron muy divertidas e interesantes"
I hope this helps.

"Mis vacaciones en España fueron muy divertidos e interesantes."
Always plural.
Yes, vacaciones. Spanish speakers always like to have vacations in plural. It's more fun that way!
