How to say, I will never forget. Expressing Doubt or No Doubt.

How to say, I will never forget. Expressing Doubt or No Doubt.

Example: " Yo tal vez nunca olvidaré lo día" I express the doubt by saying "I may" however the conjugation of Olvidaré expresses something I WILL do. I WILL not forget.

Would it better to use Olividaría to agree with "I MAY never forget"

I'm not trying to express that I will possibly forget, I'm just using it as an expression.

Any help will be appreciated!

Muchas gracias

Nunca lo olvidaré-- this may be your best bet for a positive assurance that you will never forget whatever it is.

Que nunca se me olvide ese día. ( using the subjunctive)

"Olvidaría" means I would forget.

"Yo tal vez nunca olvidaré lo día" the construction is not good here. The problem is "lo día". Do you want to say "el día" =the day, or "that day =" ese día?

To express doubt, the best way, is to use the subjunctive form:

Puede ser que jamás olvide ese día= I may never forget that day.

You can say without expressing doubt:

Nunca lo olvidaré = I will never forget it/ No lo olvidaré nunca = I will never forget it

I will never forget the day = Nunca olvidaré el día /

or No lo olvidaré nunca el día. = I will never forget the day.

You can say the same thing/express the same idea with doubt:

Quizás que nunca yo no olvide el día = Perhaps, I may never forget the day / It's possible that I may never forget the day. (The present subjunctive is used here )

I hope this helps smile
