I will avoid her, until I decide!

The above refers to a job offer in my workplace for a differnet role.

I think you mean what DualG said. That you will avoid that person until you make up your mind about the job, right? His sentence is perfect, then. other options are: Voy a evitarla hasta que me decida. La voy a evitar hasta que tome una decisión. etc. Annierats' sentence is missing a "la", and the "a" is not indispensable: No quiero verla hasta que me haya decidido. No la quiero ver hasta que me haya decidido.

Many ways to say this, but yours is incorrect.

One I'd use is: "voy a evitar cruzarme con ella hasta que tome una decisión".

If you're avoiding a person, you need the personal 'a'.

Suggestion, if it's a person: No quiero ver a ella hasta que me haya decidido.
