I've learned about 'Me gusta bailar'=i like to dance. - I'm confuse why we use 'me/te/le'.. -Can we just use like 'gusto bailar'? - Actually i just don't understand when we need to use 'me/le/te'..

The thing to remember about gustar is that although as a conccept it is used in situations where English speakers would use like, in form it is acts like "is pleasing to".
Therefore the thing that is liked is the subject, and the thing that does the liking is the indirect object, so the indirect object pronouns are used.
Me gusta bailar= dancing is pleasing to me= I like dancing
when you use "gusto" it means you are pleasing to something, for instance:
te gusto= I am pleasing to you= you like me
le gusto a Juan= I am pleasing to Juan= Juan likes me
Although there are probably more natural ways of expressing these last concepts.
