We cannot do your homework for you but we can give you some general pointers. I will ask you some questions/make some comments related to your questions that will hopefully getting you thinking about these issues:
1.Is sport essential for a healthy life? How does taking part in sport help you to lead or maintain a (more) healthy lifestyle?
2.What should you do to keep fit? What kinds of ways can you think of to keep fit, ie: what forms of exercise could you do?
3.Why is it important to lead a healthy life? What benefits do /would you gain from living a healthy lifestyle?
4.Do you think it's necessary to educate people what's a healthy life? .I would suggest completing the sentence by saying:." to educate people about what a healthy lifestyle involves?" (optional alternatve) Do people really need to be educated about what a healthy lifestyle involves?
5.What would you recommend to young people in order to lead a healthy life? What suggestions/recommendations would you offer young people to enable them to live a healthy life?
The questions I have given you are simply to get you thinking a long the right lines...they are not intended as alternatives sentences with the exception of Q 4 . It is entirely up to you what you do with these guidelines.
Many years ago a young lady who was already qualified in Childcare and Education (Early Years Education) and who was also a qualified N.V.Q. assessor offered me some help and I took her up on it with regard to Child Protection issues as I had had no previous experience in this particular field of expertise. She wisely didn't give me/spoonfeed me the answers but asked me relevant questions to get me thinking in the right direction; which was my intention in this response!
By the way, if you are giving a talk may I also suggest a few tips? (I also had to give a talk at University to a small group of students on my course, in my year group for my health module to obtain my Foundation Degree in Early Years.I got a B)
1.Write out some key notes as an 'aide memoire; to jog your memory but don't try to memorise them or speak them out 'word for word' ; just use them as guidelines!
2 Speak slowly and clearly and use visiual aids to put across the main points without too much detail.
3 Speak with confidence, and enthusiasm and enjoy the experience! If you enjoy it your audience are much more likely to enjoy it, too! and Smile!!! ![]()
