reclamar el juicio..(group discussion)

Question

Hi friends ... to sue some one as we all know is "demandar a alguien"...

There is however another expression I have learnt today ,,, which also means "to sue"....

The expression is reclamar el juicio where reclamar means "to claim" and "el juicio" means a " legal trial "(in pursuit of justice) ...

Request you all to participate and share some sentence examples so we all could benefit collectively.
