Me Creo Perro = I think I'm a dog
Is this correct? Also, does "¿Qué me crees?" mean "What do you think I am?"
ACTUALIZADA:
Desafortunadamente, no estoy satisfacido con estas respuestas hasta ahora. Seguro que he visto los siguientes varias veces:
"Se creen hipster" y el contexto dice que significa "They think they are hipsters." Pero no sé si es una abreviación o es categoría gramatical.
También he oido "¿Qué me crees?" y también el contexto dice que significa "Who the heck do you think I am?"
Más ayuda por favor.

Creo que soy un perro. That would be my attempt Slim.
This is from the dictionary.
creerse pronominal verb 1. (considerarse)
se cree Dios = he thinks he's God
So given this example, you may be correct in the meaning of: me creo perro.
But I have never heard anyone express something like this. The other answers in this thread are more common.
¿Me miro perro?
¿Me das por perro?
¿Crees que soy perro?
I would definitely also say:
- "Creo que soy un perro."
You should always remember the "que" when constructing sentences like "I hope that, I fear that, I wish that and so on.
I not so sure about "What do you think I am?", but I would probably translate it as
- "¿Qué crees que soy (yo)?" or "¿Qué piensas que soy (yo)?"

Creo que soy un perro.
Creo ser un perro.
"Me doy por perro. No quise ofenderte. Ojalá me disculpes."
Creo que soy un perro. (Do you really think that you are a dog? HAHA!) Joking! : )
¿Que tú crees que soy yo?
"What are you really trying to say here?"
"¿Qué crees que sea yo... un perro? No dije nada del asunto a nadie."
