Como se dice "By the 19th" o "By Thursday"?

Me gustaria pedir que alguien completa una accion en o antes de una fecha que sugiero. En Ingles, diria algo como "please send it to me by the 19th". Como seria en espanol? Seria por? Por favor mandemelo por el 19?
