El progreso es imposible sin el cambio ,y algunos que no

pueden cambiar sus mentes no pueden cambiar nada.

Please correct my sentence

I have changed my mind about this , so how do you feel about it?

Give some examples in two languages on change and its benefits, or lack thereof.

Los humanos son dinámicos y por lo tanto siempre cambiando, algunos para peor y algunos para mejor.

Humans are dynamic and therefore always changing some for the worse some for the better.

Progress is automatic, one example is how the old church would execute anyone that believed the sun was the center of the solar system and not the earth. For many years they hindered progress with forced stagnation.

Progress in industry is good for industry however in many cases it is not good for the environment. If we humans become stagnant then nature will progress more rapidly and automatically.

No tengo la menor idea ,cómo fuera posible crear un cambio de mentalidad , pero por nuestra desgracia creo que nadie lo sepa ahora en el mundo.

I have no idea, how it were possible to create a change in mentality, but unfortunately I think that nobody knows about it now in the world.

Where there is no change,there is stagnation.Progress means moving forward (positively) ,which must involve some kind of change.

Donde no hay cambios,hay estancamiento. Progreso significa avanzar (positivamente),que debe implicir algún tipo de cambio.
