How to say "cup" in a cooking sense

I am translating a recipe for my Spanish class, and one of the ingredients is 3 cups of flour. I know that the kind of cup you drink out of is taza. Is it the same for a cooking cup? Thanks!

Diría, "3 tazas de harina".
Por lo menos en España.
