I'm very happy to be able to walk again.

It would facilitate being able to help you better if you complete your profile and say what is your level in the language , and your native language. If you are asking a question please state so . - ray76, Mar 26, 2014
This may seem like being picky , but there are members that are learning English , they need to be shown how to set out a question or statement , and in a well mannered way .Thanks mate. - ray76, Mar 26, 2014

Yo diría: me alegro de poder volver a caminar.

I don’t think think so- I believe you need a preposition (“de”) after “feliz” to be completely correct grammatically.

Also feliz does not have an accent.

I would say:

But I think:

Is technically correct.

However I think the first would be used almost always as it is simpler, and one would only tend to choose the second if you needed to do a subject shift, such as:

Estoy muy feliz de que puedes caminar de nuevo. I am very happy that you can walk again.

Another option would be to use alegrar:

Me alegra mucho poder caminar de nuevo. It cheers me greatly to be able to walk again.

I am an intermediate level Spanish learner. This is only my opinion/understanding.

No accent on "feliz"
