Trying to say everything is OK

Question

My neighbor speaks Spanish. He works on cars often and always asks me if there's a problem.

I simply want to say I don't have a problem with anything [he's doing ever] it's no big deal to me.

No tango un problema con nada

You could say, "No, todo muy bien"
