Centrémonos no en lo que queremos, pero en lo que tenemos. Detengámonos y pensemos en las maneras

It is the imperative form of the verb plus the personal pronoun "nos".

Centremos + nos = Centrémonos

Detengamos + nos = Detengámonos

In a similar way you can form the following verbs with other personal pronouns:

Centremos + las/los = Centrémoslas

Detengamos + la/lo = Detengámoslos.

Be aware, though, that in the first two sentences you ommit the last "s":

Vamos + nos = Vámonos.

The imperative is rather hateful and basically I've long ago decided not to order anyone about. - annierats, Mar 22, 2014
You probably know more about this subject than many people I know. - juanmelgar, Mar 22, 2014

(Nosotros)Centremos a nosotros(nos) -> Centrémonos

(Nosotros)Detengamos a nosotros(nos) -> Detengámonos

(Vosotros)Centrad a vosotros(os) -> Centraos

(Vosotros)Detened a vosotros(os) -> Deteneos

(Tú)Centra a ti (te) -> Céntrate

(Tú)Detén a ti (te) -> Detente

Nota: lo escrito en cursiva es sólo explicativo, no es una frase correcta.

It means ' let us', the imperative in the nosotros form.

It's not to do with monkeys.

lets concentrate in not what we want, but rather in what we have. lets stop and think in the ways
