It says ¨No dejes nunca de sonreír¨means Never stop smiling. But how do we understand this sentence literally?? I don´t quite understand...

Dejar de + any infinitive is a set construction meaning to quit, to refrain from or to stop doing a certain action.

No and nunca surround the verb because that's how Spanish negation works, you need a double whammy.

And the verb sonreír finishes it all off so you know what you should never stop doing.
