Should I use El?

I am writing a paragraph about a concert that I went to. Every time I say concierto do I need to put the el in front of it?

Depends what you want to say.

Anoche fui a un concierto. El concierto estuvo estupendo. Me gustaría ir a otro concierto como este.

You should have in mind your "a" s and "the's in English when using the word concert. It is the same in Spanish. if you say: I went to a concert- Fui a un concierto El concierto estuvo fantastico. Fue un concierto bien fantastico. The concert was fantastic. It was a fantastic concert.
