A difficult sentence
I need a little help with translating this sentence to English: La empresa la echaron por un supuesto robo de dinero. Here is my best try: The company fired her with an assumption of stealing money.

Great attempt, I'm guessing that you're wanting to say something along the lines of ..
The company fired her for allegedly/supposedly stealing money.
Bear in mind however that you have 'la empresa' which is singular but then you have the verb in its plural 'they' or 'you (pl.)' form 'echaron' which doesn't quite work.
It's a bit like saying ... the company 'they' (or possibly the plural 'you') fired her ... when gramatically it should be ... the company 'it' fired her using 'echó'.
Yes, but the Spanish sentence is not correct. It would be:
La echaron DE la empresa por un supuesto robo.
O bien,
La empresa la echó por un supuesto robo (empresa is the subject and it's singular, so you need to use the verb in third person and singular)
I hope it can help you.

¡Que tengan buen día!
I would say, "pero la despidieron por un presunto robo de dinero.
"presunto" is more appropriate in this case because it is used more often in law enforcement and more precise for the situation.
The company fired her for allegedly stealing money. It could be ( the company threw for allegedly stealing money...) Or supposedly could be in the sentence too The company threw for supposedly stealing money or The company fired her for supposedly stealing money.
It is all la empresa la echaron por un supuesto robo de dinero
