Todavía hay mucho que preparar. Samuel debe tener testigos y la documentación propiá.

=> I want to say... "There is still a long way to go. Samuel has to prepare witnesses and the correct documentation." (The context is a fake wedding for a fictional character so that he can gain citizenship.)

Todavía hay mucho que hacer. Samuel aún tiene que preparar los testigos y la documentación correcta.

There is still much (a lot) to do. Samuel still has to prepare the witnesses and the correct documents.
