How would you say,

"Note: Specific names and places have been changed to protect the people involved"

Maybe "Ojo: Los nombres y los lugares especificos han sido alterados para proteger a la gente involucrada."

I like the use of "ojo". That is very natural. The rest looks good as well. I think you can leave specific and especificos out as redundant. ie names are by nature specific. - gringojrf, Mar 12, 2014

The use of "Ojo" it's ok, but you would prefer to use "Nota" instead. Also, you need to pay attention to the accent in the third syllable of "Específico". The rest is fine.
