This is a billboard advertisement for a Nextel cell phones.

I translate it as: That your dreams stop being just that (ie. dreams).

But that doesn't make much sense to me. Am I missing something?

There is nothing else on the billboard. Just this sentence and the nextel logo in the bottom corner.

Well if Nextel is like Moviestar in Nicaragua everyone knows that if you buy their cell phones you suddenly become beautiful and ecstatically happy, spend all your time at the beach, enjoy never ending good weather, never suffer from pimples or bad hair days again and have the most gorgeous looking friends ever! Your dreams do come true. You so should buy one jeje.
