that is short for GILIPOLLAS, (it was bad spelled) which means bastard, asshole...but it can be said in loving way - mvalle, DIC 12, 2015

Eddy, you are right, Poyo is a stone bank,(or gypsum) is usually built alongside the doors of the houses of the field too.

There is a spanish slang which refers to a young woman like polla.
