What is the meaning in english, the word "Nivel" I don't think it is an original spanish word I hear it mostly in reggaeton songs and it seems like it is from latin america

Ja,ja, por supuesto que nivel es una palabra española. Por ejemplo:"¿Qué nivel de inglés tienes?" o "Las superficies están a nivel".
Lo que sí es de origen latinoamericano es la palabra "reguetón".
Por supuesto, nivel es level (al menos, sin conocer el contexto).
