Hey I can't change my profile picture, and I am on iPad and I can't setup an microphone.

There is a more polite form of addressing members when one is asking for help . I am sure that if you go to "edit my profile " that will help. As to the Ipad there are always problems when one is not using a P C , go into Apple help , they may help , a - ray76, Feb 16, 2014

On the blue menu bar at the top of the screen on your iPad, tap on your name on the far right side of the menu bar. This should open a drop down list that includes "Profile".
Tap on "Profile" and your profile page will open.
Tap on your avatar. This should cause a clickable line to open which says "Change Avatar".
Tap on "change avatar". This will open the page that allows you to edit your profile and to change your avatar.
