I'm having a conversation with my friend from Spain in Spanish via text message.

We are having a conversation about a fair I went to.

I want to say the following to her:

Oh, I thought [Company Name] might've had a booth set up! We only spent 4 hours there, just browsing. There were so many cool things! But I got sunburnt.

My attempt at a translation:

Ah, ¡pensaba que [Company Name] habría tenido una cabina instalada! Solamente pasamos 4 horas allí, haciendo nada más que mirar. ¡Hubieron muchas cosas interesantes! Pero me quemó el sol.

Aquí va una traducción más natural que literal:

Ah, ¡pensaba que [Company Name] habría instalado un puesto/stand! Sólo estuvimos 4 horas por allí, simplemente mirando. ¡Había tantas cosas guays (interesantes)! Pero me quemé con el sol.

Nota: En España, los puestos en las ferias los llamamos stands.
