The text in English: Did you know? Argentina was the first country to use fingerprints as a method of identification in criminal cases. In 1892 two children were brutally stabbed in the small city of Neochea. There were no witnesses to the crime, but utilizing a fingerprint left on the bedpost the detective Eduardo Alveras was able to pin the children’s murder on their mother. When the mother was confronted with the evidence she quickly confessed.

my attempt: ¿Sabían Que?

This is interesting, I'm form Argentina and I didn't know it.

No hubo ningún testigo del delito. And that's actually the only mistake I found. It's correct to say "el primer país en utilizar las huellas dactilares" in case you want to say "el primer país que..." you have to conjugate the verb utilizar, so it would be: "el primer país que utilizó" Also saying como método with and without un, is also correct.

Good job smile!

The other option is el primer país que utilzó... - nelson_rafael, Feb 13, 2014

Also, maybe change: "como método de identificación"

To: "como un método de identificación"
