Game: Judge and Jury
This game is for the people that wanted to be lawyers but didn't achieve their dream.
Here's how to play:
I'm going to post a short story. The story will present someone who has done something that might be considered wrong.
You will be given some facts about the supposed wrongdoing. Your job is to decide if you think that what the person did is wrong, or is justified for some reason.
Post your decision, along with why you arrived at that conclusion. Post in Spanish/English.
I will try to make the story as unprejudiced as possible. The answer you arrive at should depend on your own moral and ethical grounds, as well as your thoughts and feelings.
Story
"A 12 year old girl was selling cake from a home-made shop. She had made quite a lot of money by the end of the day, and she was almost ready to go inside. One of her friends came up to her and bought a slice of cake. When he left, the girl counted the money that he had given her. She quickly realized that he had paid her three times the amount he needed to. This boy had previously borrowed some money from her, and had forgotten to pay it back, and the extra money he paid her was exactly the amount he owed her. She wanted to keep the money, but the boy had told her that his family was having money problems and that his allowance had been drastically cut. The girl decided that since he owed her the money, she could keep it."

Since he owed her this amount it is reasonable to assume he was buying cake and repaying his loan. She should keep the money, but thank him for repaying the loan.
Puesto que él le debía a ella esta cantidad de dinero, es razonable suponer que estaba comprando pastel y pagando su préstamo. Ella debe quedarse con el dinero, pero da gracias a él por pagar el préstamo.
I don't even know if two 12-year-old kids should be managing money like that. But maybe it's just me who thinks like this, maybe I'm exaggerated xD For me is a topic that should be discussed between two adults or maybe even teenagers but not by two kids.

Mismo que Gringo le dijo si él no pida por la plata. Si él pida por la plata no hay obligación para de volverla pero es el mejor modo a siger.
The same as Gringo said if he does not ask for the money. If he asks for the money there is no obligation to return it but it is the best way to go.
