She was half dressed.....
She was half dressed, no shoes and socks, when she went out of the house.
My attempt:
A suggesgtion:
Question: I'm not sure I understand the use of "sin" twice. I think it has something to do with the "and"? She's going out of the house without her shoes and socks.

Maybe
Sin zapatos ni calcetines.
But what do I know? ha
I found this in the SD dictionary. Se fue sin comer ni beber -> he left without eating or drinking.
I wonder if "Era a medio vestir, sin zapatos ni calcetines, cuando salió de la casa." would work? And would I need the articles? Thanks, Ian!
